In October 2007, SAS International acquired the share capital of Avanti Partitioning Products Ltd, trading as Avanti Systems, and now the full acquisition process has been completed.
Historically there has been strong links with the Linkspan Group and its other group companies. Over the past two years Linkspan has been very supportive to Avanti whilst gradual changes have taken place. Avanti have an exciting future as part of SAS International; set to increase business across new markets and sectors.
The acquisition of Avanti is entirely complementary to the SAS International business. Avanti offers a wide range of products for internal fit out solutions including partitioning, architectural glass and doors.
SAS International is the world leading manufacturer of suspended Metal Ceilings, Room Comfort systems and bespoke Architectural Metalwork products. Partitioning, architectural glass and doors firmly positions SAS International as the leading manufacturer of ‘interior solutions’ adding value to both the specifier and direct customer in the UK and overseas.
All Avanti partitioning systems are manufactured by SAS International at their dedicated partitioning and doors facility in Oldbury, West Midlands.
