Avanti raise £50,000 in three years for Action Medical Research
Following its third pro-am golf day held in June at the East Sussex National Golf Club, Avanti reached the £50,000 target that it had set itself to raise for Action Medical Research

Linkline Express service introduced to provide fast track delivery for partitioning and ceiling tiles
A new service has been established – based out of Avanti’s Oxted Distribution Centre – to provide next day delivery in Southern and South East England. Products available through the Linkline Express service are the Fireshield and Matrix partitioning systems and Owa ceiling tiles and grid and the area covered extends eastward from Oxfordshire in the North West and Hampshire in the South West.

New appointments in Sales Department
Chris Coster has been appointed Sales Manager and will have responsibility for day-to-day supervision of other dealer managers in addition to duties as Dealer Manager for Northern Home Counties and East Anglia.
Ian Cartwright has been appointed Dealer Manager South West and Jenny Bacchus, who has recently joined Avanti, has been appointed Dealer Manager South East

Complete door packs for Fireshield available at special prices
A range of specially priced complete door packs consisting of solid core door, frame and furniture has been introduced for both the 75mm and 100mm versions of the Fireshield partitioning system.

Doors are available in oak or beech veneer with frames in either SAA or white (RAL9010). Handles, escutcheons and locks are provided in a satin stainless steel finish and packs can be supplied with closers and vision panels as required.

A number of the packs are available to meet the requirements for fire resistance and doors can be either 1981mm high x 838mm wide or 2040mm high x 926mm wide.

Prices of the complete packs, which can be found in the Linkline Express price list, are some 7% below the price s that would be applicable when purchased in individual component form.

Universal door frame to be standard for 75mm Designer System.
The Universal door frame for 75mm Designer suits either left or right hand standard height hinged doors 1981 x 838mm and 2040 x 926mm. It is supplied as a kit with a head section, a hinge side leg (mitred both sides), a lock side leg (mitred both sides), a shallow lock box, strikeplate, two hinges, all necessary screws, fixing brackets, skirting stop ends and brush seal.
Available in BS00AO5 Grey, RAL9010 White and RAL9006 Silver these door frames will be supplied as standard unless otherwise specified.

New square door frame profile introduced to accept 16mm glass in double glazed Solare.
To satisfy new European regulations for up to 60 minutes integrity and 30 minutes insulation in the event of fire when glazed partitions are installed, the use of 16mm laminated glass is now mandatory. To meet these requirements, a new square door frame, which has been specially designed to accept 16mm glass one side, has been introduced for the double glazed version of the Solare frameless glazed system.
