Solid Modules
Solid modules are normally constructed with either a single or double layer of plasterboard panels 12.5mm thick fixed on each side of a framework consisting of a visible aluminium head channel and concealed steel studs and channels 50mm (nominal) thick. Vertical joints between modules are covered with a half round aluminium module trim with insert (Designer 80) or feature an aluminium top hat section with insert (Designer ST). Alternatively, panels may have wrapped edges with concealed retention or they may be taped and jointed.

Glazed Modules
Both single (centre and offset) and double glazed modules can be constructed in various elevations. Blinds can be incorporated within double glazed modules.

Doors and Frames

Doors
Aluminium frames can accommodate cellular or solid core doors 44mm thick and glass doors. Frames can be supplied for single and double doors in standard and full heights and with overpanels. Hospital door frames are also available

Windows
Can be formed using trims and framework into blockwork or partitioning

Skirtings
Aluminium or uPVC (in a choice of colours) complete with matching infill strip to conceal fixings. Heights 75mm and 100mm.

Up to 60 minutes integrity and insulation (depending on construction)

Up to 44 dB Rw depending on construction		 Finishes

Panels
Available finishes include vinyl, melamine, laminate or veneer. Steel faced panels can be supplied.

Aluminium
Standard finish: Polyester powder coated in BS00AO5 Grey, RAL 9006 Silver and RAL9010 White. Other RAL or BS finishes are available on request. Aluminium sections can, on request, also be finished in acrylic paint in a selection of BS colours

Up to 3600mm (Heights in excess can be constructed using Avanti RHS sections.)
